Cooking for family

Frustrations
- Limited time for cooking
- Don’t have many recipes for cooking
- Make her daughter likes the food
Goals
- Care about fitness and stay in shape
- Be more responsible for what to eat and how to eat
- Reduce carbon footprint
Bio
Ellen lives in Noe Valley, “a quaint, in-demand place to live that’s geared toward young families. Along 24th Street, which is stocked with bakeries, wine and cheese shops and relaxed cafes. A weekly farmers’ market is held in the modest town square.” This is also where she usually shopping her groceries from. She works as a Technical Manager at San Francisco downtown area, sometimes she is able to work at home. Usually, there are a lot of different restaurant around where she works. It is good for these working people, so they have a lot of choices to eat for lunch. However, after work, she still needs to cook for her family especially her daughter. She is really concern about her family’s health, so she cooks more than eating outside.
