Pros:

• Providing item - level categorization and access to its users’ stuff

• Let users browse items from the community and rent everything

• Can rent your things out and earn credit to spend on Omni or cash out

• Offer same-day deliveries

Solution

Add Grid and List view which shows more details.
Redesign the icons and apply some common icon designs, and add text descriptions.
Create three tiers of the monthly subscription price. Offer free pick up and one free return and first month free trail.
Clarify the user flow and revise the pages for order pick up.
Sort the items with the checklist that is saving time, simpler and less confusing. Notification shows one time by box.
Create a list of item restrictions so user knows what they can put into open box, and what to do with the junks.
Offer an optional insurance/coverage from openbox or a third-party company. User will also take pictures of the box.
We charge oversized items individually.
We use our box size as unit. We charge one time, and user pays more for another extra service (return, more boxes).
We create our company philosophy and vision statement, so users can have better idea what we do.
