●Users were confused about “my box” page
●Users were not familiar with the icons
●Some users thought that the subscription price is too high
●Users were confused about the pickup process
●Users thought that there would be too many notifications
●Users don’t know how to deal with some to the junks
●Users concern about the safety of their items
●Users recently need to deal with some oversized items
●User sometimes willing to be charged by time instead of monthly charge
●Users confuse about “what is the company really about”
●Add Grid and List view which shows more details.
●Redesign the icons and apply some common icon designs, and add text descriptions.
●Create three tiers of the monthly subscription price. Offer free pick up and one free return and first month free trail.
●Clarify the user flow and revise the pages for order pick up.
●Sort the items with the checklist that is saving time, simpler and less confusing. Notification shows one time by box.
●Create a list of item restrictions so user knows what they can put into open box, and what to do with the junks.
●Offer an optional insurance/coverage from openbox or a third-party company. User will also take pictures of the box.
●We charge oversized items individually.
●We use our box size as unit. We charge one time, and user pays more for another extra service (return, more boxes).
●We create our company philosophy and vision statement, so users can have better idea what we do.
