KDS master provides both the ticket view and the order view so that the same orders can be completed together. For ticket view, every ticket is color-coded based on the time custermer has been waiting. The time bar will countdown in 10 minutes. The icon will visually indicate the ticket is for here or to go. The simplified interactive action allows the user to move on to the next step fast.

User Flow
• The user checks the waiting time for the first ticket, and the customer has been waiting for 12 min. He decides to hurry up.
• He starts to cook the “Fried Chicken Wings.” and see the note is “Sauce on site.”
• He wants to check the total number of the same order with the same note. So he goes to the order view and sees there are four orders.
• He decides to cook them together.
• He finishes four orders of the “Fried Chicken Wings.”
• He changes the item status.
